Caribbean Heat Shrimp

Serves: 2


1lb size 16-20 Shrimp - raw, peeled, and deveined

1 Red Bell Pepper - Sliced

1/2 Medium Red Onion - Sliced

1 C. Small Diced Mango

1 tsp. Garlic - Minced

3 Tbl  Olive Oil

1/2 C. Caribbean Heat

1/8 C. Water


Preheat a medium sauté pan for 2 minutes on medium high heat. Add olive oil and shrimp. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes. Then add garlic, onion, and mango. Sauté for 2 minutes then add the Caribbean Heat and water. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy!
