Candy Pepper Glazed Carrots

Cook Time: 35 - 40 mins
15 Carrots (2lbs) Peeled and halved lengthwise
1/4 C Butter
3 Tbsp Mama N Nims Candy Pepper
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Fresh Thyme (Garnish, Optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan over low heat melt butter and stir in Mama N Nims Candy Pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
Place carrots on a large baking sheet, pour over glaze and toss until coated.
Roast until caramelized and glazed, about 35- 40 minutes.
Garnish with Thyme, if desired before serving.
